Last updated: April 2026. Our brownies are baked to order, fresh, and never frozen. Because of that, our refund and returns policy is a little different from a typical online store.
If something’s wrong with your order
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery if your brownies arrived damaged, incorrect, or didn’t meet our quality standards. We’ll make it right — typically by replacing the order or issuing a full refund, our choice.
Cancellations
- More than 48 hours before delivery: full refund, no questions asked.
- 24 to 48 hours before: 50% refund (we may have already started prepping).
- Less than 24 hours before: no refund — your brownies will be made fresh and ready, so feel free to share them with a friend.
Custom and large orders
Special-flavor or bulk orders (corporate, weddings, large parties) are non-refundable once production has begun. We’ll always confirm details with you before starting.
No returns on baked goods
For food-safety reasons, we can’t accept physical returns. Quality concerns are handled via the refund process above.
